Osteopathy
Assess, treat, personalise
Osteopathy is a manual discipline that looks after the person as a whole. Every treatment starts from a careful assessment and is tailored to the person, respecting individual needs and the body's own pace.

The session
How the programme unfolds
Every appointment follows a precise structure, designed to ensure quality, attention and continuity.
Consultation and case history
The first step is listening. We gather your history, habits and the information needed to understand the context.
Manual assessment
Through tests and palpation, we assess joint mobility, tissue tension and postural balance.
Personalised treatment
The treatment uses manual techniques selected according to the assessment: mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, craniosacral or visceral approaches.
Areas
Situations in which osteopathy can accompany you
Osteopathy is not limited to treating the symptom. Its aim is to understand the causes that contribute to the discomfort.
Neck pain and headaches
Neck tension, stiffness, tension-type headache.
Low back and mid back pain
Lower and mid back pain and spinal stiffness, including in chronic situations.
Tension and stress
Conditions in which fatigue and overload affect overall balance.
Postpartum
Support for recovery after childbirth, with attention to the pelvic floor and posture.
TMJ and bruxism
Jaw tension, joint clicking and pain referred to the neck.
Postural disorders
Imbalances in load distribution and functional asymmetries.
Visceral disorders
I also work with visceral disorders, using manual techniques chosen according to the assessment.

Method
A treatment that respects your pace
Every body has its own history and its own rhythm of adaptation. Osteopathic treatment does not force: it accompanies. When indicated, the programme can be combined with OsteoPilates or hypopressive training to consolidate results through active work.
